The Cook County Jail maybe getting R. Kelly back before they know it. That's because R. Kelly's freedom may be short-lived for failing to pay child support. Sources connected to the case tell TMZ, the State's Attorney is investigating the fact he owes his ex-wife about $160K in back child support. Anything over $20K can be filed as a felony.
