Offset is in a lot of trouble. If you remember he was spotted in Target by a fan and when the fan tried to get a video selfie with him Offset smacked the phone out of his hands. The phone was damaged and all caught on video. The fan filed a police report and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, and yes it's a felony.
