The city of #Detroit has reacted to #DonaldTrump commuting #KwameKilpatrick 28 year sentence. Kilpatrick has served about 7 years of 28. His family is very happy about the news and over all a lot of Detroiter's are as well.Kwame will have to pay nearly $5 million in restitution and serve 3 years probation.
