Level Up is a free high school expo for incoming high school students and their
families ready to step into their next chapter. Join 97.9 WJLB and DJ BJ Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10am until 2pm at East English Village Preparatory Academy at Finney for their Level Up Event!
This is where students take center stage and explore DPSCD high school programs,
pathways, and opportunities all in one place.
• Meet representatives from DPSCD high schools and discover what makes each
school unique so students can find the setting that matches their goals, passions,
and main character energy.
• Receive on-site enrollment and application support to confidently secure your next
move.
• Join a live town hall conversation at 10 a.m., where students and families can ask
real questions and hear directly from current students and principals about the high
school experience.
• Explore career and technical education programs, clubs, extracurriculars, and
leadership opportunities that help students build their story and define their future.
• Experience the energy with:
o Detroit Vs. Everybody pop-up shop
o Photo booth moments worthy of the spotlight
o Mobile game truck
