UPDATE: Two Suspects Arrested In Chinx's Murder (VIDEOS)

UPDATE:

A second man has been arrested for Chinx's murder. See video of him being taken into custody below.

Over two and a half years after the murder of rapper Chinx, a suspect has now been arrested for the crime.

On Thursday (Dec. 14) morning, Fox News reporter Lisa Evers posted a video on Instagram that showed the handcuffed suspect being taken into a courthouse or jailhouse. Named Quincy Homere, the man had his hands covering his face, so her phone wouldn't see him. "Why did you do it, Quincy?" Evers asked the suspect, though he didn't answer.

On May 17, 2015, Chinx was shot and killed in Queens, New York while sitting in his car at around 5:00am. He was known for his affiliation with French Montana's Coke Boys. Since Chinx's death, Montana has remained close to his late friend's son. He was even seen at the little boy's birthday party, earlier this year, singing "Happy Birthday" to him along with Drake

TMZ reports that Homere "has been charged with murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the 2015 drive-by shooting that left Chinx dead."

All of this time, the murder of Chinx has been a mystery. It looks like we're one step closer to bringing the late artist justice.
