Shia LaBeouf: Kanye West Took All Of My Clothes... Here's Why

In a new interview with Esquire, Shia LaBeouf spoke about a number of different things like his upbringing, revealed that he suffers from PTSD, his previous legal issues, why he doesn't like his Transformers movies, Kanye West and more.

The sit-down was very eyeopening. There were many new things that we discovered about the actor, which actually helped us understand him a bit more. "When I got to rehab last year, they said I had PTSD," LaBeouf said. He later explained that this stemmed from watching his mom get raped as a child by a man who was never convicted. "The first time I got arrested with a real charge, it stemmed from the same s**t," the actor continued: "Some guy bumped into my mother’s car with his car in a parking lot, and my head went right to ‘You need to avenge your mother!’ So I went after the dude with a knife." Luckily, he never used it.

LaBeouf also spoke about West, who his mother is a big fan of. The rapper loves the former Even Stevens actor, as well. “I wish I dressed as fresh as Shia LaBeouf," West even rapped in "No More Parties in L.A." So once, LaBeouf and West got together to talk about working on some art collaborations. That's when the MC/producer/designer asked the actor for some of his clothes for a pop-up store.

“Around the same time, I took my mother to his concert,” LaBeouf said. “She is, of course, obsessed with Kanye West. When I brought her backstage, he was a f**king sweetheart to her. And it just felt fair. So I’m like, ‘Go for it, my guy. Take everything you want.’ And he did. He took all my f**king clothes."
