Lauren London Writes About Late Boyfriend Nipsey Hussle's Legacy

Lauren London wants the world to know about Nipsey Hussle's impact on his community.

On Wednesday (May 15), the 34-year-old actress posted another tribute to her late boyfriend, this time captioning a solemn photo of him: "King of Los Angeles. Then. Now . Forever. 💙."

The mom-of-two's post comes less than two weeks after she shared a video montage that showed some of her and Nipsey's cutest moments together as a couple, including him calling her his "wife," as Beyonce's "Heaven," played in the background.

As fans know, Lauren has been grieving privately, occasionally posting a tribute to Nipsey, who was gunned down outside his clothing store just over six weeks ago, every now and then. On Easter Sunday (April 21), Lauren captioned a black-and-white photo of her and Nipsey on the 2019 Grammys red carpet as they looked adoringly at one another, "Missing you." Days later she shared another black-and-white photo of her and Nipsey posing for a picture with caption "Forever."

The 33-year-old rapper has become known for his philanthropy and large heart since his sudden death. Nipsey has been memorialized in his hometown of Crenshaw with multiple murals, a number of celebrations of his life, and the renaming of the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue to "Nipsey Hussle Square." His philanthropic efforts were also made part of United States History.
