According to TMZ, Quincy says MJ stole the hook from the Donna Summer's song, "State of Independence." Truth be told ... there's no doubt Michael lifted the hook. Quincy was the producer of both "State of Independence" and "Billie Jean," and Michael actually sang on Summer's song in question.
Whoever is telling the truth, I believe you will never get Michael Jackson fans to believe that he stole Billie Jean. The fact that Quincy brought this up after Michael Jackson passed is not ok. If he stole the hook, Jones should of said something along time ago. Billie Jean came out in 1982. This should of been addressed.
