28-year-old Martin Gisstennal is facing felony charges for making the threats to Royal Oak Police Officers via social media.

At the time the video was made, Martin was a passenger in a vehicle that drove by Royal Oak police officers, paramedics and firefighters at the scene of a traffic accident, police said Monday. In the video released by Royal Oak police, the suspect was holding a gun on his lap while his voice is heard saying to watch the news, that he's going to "blow at these b******" and that he's about to shoot at the police.

Gisstennal was arraigned Saturday on one count each of false report or threat of terrorism, a 20-year felony, and carrying a concealed weapon, a 5-year felony. Police said his criminal history includes convictions for driving with a license suspended.

Gisstennal's bond was set at $25,000, with his next court date Aug. 19th.
