Today is #MentalHealthAwarenessDay . I don’t want to take this opportunity to drag on and on about my struggles with anxiety or depression because anyone facing that flight knows that every story is unique and different.
But I will say to anyone struggling, Take the time you need to seek out the resources. Know that there is help and people who want to help you! Know that you are not less of a person because you’re struggling and focus on your journey.
