The Most Obvious Way to be Happier

I’ll be honest…not to toot my own horn but I did not need an article to tell me this lol,  maybe you don’t either; But this is an excellent reminder on just how important gratitude is. According to Harvard Health practicing an attitude of gratitude and giving thanks more often increases the happiness and joy in your life.  I remember growing up watching Oprah with my grandmother and hearing things about gratitude journals  being a part of her daily practice, I’ve also been fortunate enough to be amongst friends, family, and colleagues who believe in the importance of engaging in conversations on what they’re grateful for. Now I won’t make this some long drawn out post. But I do want to just drop by to remind you just how important it is to show appreciation for all of the incredible things that flow into our life on a daily basis…. And trust me I know this can be hard when your backs against the wall and things in your life just feel really terrible and it can feel impossible to find things that are worthy of a “thank you”  but trust me they’re there. Today you’re at the top of my gratitude, list and I mean that from the bottom of my heart💗
