1. Rest Timer . Omg, have you ever had an exhausting week, or maybe just a day? You get home and all you want to do in binge a bunch of Hulu or Netflix?You don't come up for air until its time for work.Yep. Been there. I believe that sometimes these moments of pause can be so helpful in restoring our sanity, however they can also be damaging. This is sheerly speaking from personal experience, I encourage you to set a rest timer.Now of course this is a case by case situation that you'll need to use somewhat of your own intuition on. But I like to set a timer of a boundary on just how long I let myself fall into these rabbit holes of tv. Now how long is up to you, justgive yourself time to come up for air.
