Rapper Fetty Wap from New Jersey has been arrested again for breaking the terms of his parole. Feds claim he made threats while brandishing a gun during a FaceTime call, leading to the revocation of his bond.

After being detained in October 2021 for narcotics trafficking, Fetty, real name William Maxwell, was released on a $500,000 personal recognizance bail. However, authorities claim they captured him on December 11, 2021, making a threatening Facetime call to a John Doe, which led to his Monday arrest.

According to court documents, Fetty allegedly called John Doe a “rat” and threatened, “I’mma k*ll you and everybody you with.” Fetty then allegedly repeated the threats saying “I’m gonna k*ll you.“ Fetty Waps attorney claims the man he allegedly threatened had first attacked Fetty Wap on social media by posting a photo of his late 4-year-old daughter, Lauren Maxwell, and captioning the post with “I’m happy she’s dead because her father is a rat."

According to Marzulli, Fetty Wap will remain in jail after Magistrate Judge Steven Locke of the Eastern District of New York revoked the rapper's bond on Monday afternoon.
