I decided the talk about the homie Jeezy because Detroit has always been one of his biggest markets that supports his music and comes out to every concert each time he comes here.
Dude has many albums with a gang of hits on them,my favorite is TM103 i felt like that was his best album but its crazy that when i interviewed him he told me The Recession Album is the one he felt was his best and he said he felt that way because he did what he wanted to do on that album,he spoke about things that was going on in the world and he also told me that he understand how his fans love it when he talk street talk but he wants them to know that he thinks about more then that.
I remember the first time i met Jeezy we were going to the Bahamas for a dj event and the Trap Or Die mixtape was on fire in the streets and we were on the same flight but of corse he was in first class but when we got to the island i had a chance to chop it up with him and found out he hung out in Detroit a lot before anyone knew of him and since then i became a fan.It seemed that each time he would show up to the city i would be the one to interview him or host the concert. I remember the time when he dropped the single I Love It and i told him over the phone i wasn't a fan of THAT song and because of that i was flown to Las Vegas to hear some other joints he had and thats when i got my hands on the song J.E.E.Z.Y. I have to say i'm proud of the homie for staying in the game for as long as has been in it and still going strong. Can't wait to hear what he calls his last album TM104 Happy B Day homie
The was me on stage while Jeezy was rocking the crowed lol
