I know I'm bout to get called HBCU Zach, but I gotta go here! Why aren't there more black coaches in the NBA, in the conference finals there are only 4 teams! 3 of those teams the coaches are black.

There are only 7 black coaches in the NBA! 3 of the 4 teams left are lead by black coaches and two of those teams are over achieving! We have to see this!!!
