Detroit Woman Charged For Livonia Bank Robbery

Eastlake bank Robbery

Livonia Police say Chloe Adams, 25, entered the Citizens Bank at 28999 Five Mile, east of Middlebelt, at about 11:30 a.m. on May 27.

Police say she entered the lobby, passed a note to a teller demanding money or "things would get bloody." Police say she left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

After an investigation, Livonia police were able to identify the suspect as Adams and arrested her at her Detroit residence Tuesday night.

Police located other evidence connecting her to the robbery at her home.

After police questioning Adams told them she spent the money on a trip to Chicago and a Memorial barbecue.

If convicted, she faces up to life in prison.
