Details of Mac Miller's final will and testament have been revealed.

The rapper, who died last week from an apparent overdose at age 26, has left all his possessions to his loved ones, per legal documents registered in 2013. According to E! News, who procured the records, the "Donald Trump" performer, born Malcolm James McCormick, lists his mother, Karen Meyer, father, Mark McCormick and brother, Miller McCormick, as beneficiaries.

The artist's estate, which has not yet been appraised, will be maintained by his lawyer David Byrnes, with his brother cited as secondary heir.

In the wake of his untimely death, the entertainer's family gave the following statement:

Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26. He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans. Thank you for your prayers. Please respect our privacy. There are no further details as to the cause of his death at this time.

On Friday (September 7), Miller's body was discovered just before noon at his San Fernando Valley home where he was believed to have been watching a football game with friends. Authorities pronounced the "Self Care" star dead at the scene, though TMZ later reported Miller's place may have been scrubbed of any evidence that would have given clues to his death and that he had been dead for multiple hours before he was found.

Ariana Grande, Miller's girlfriend of two years, also responded to the terrible news via Instagram the day after reports surfaced. The "God Is a Woman" songbird released a sentimental message commemorating her ex-boyfriend a week later, captioning an Instagram post, "I adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will."

As we know, Miller's body is currently en route to his native Pittsburgh, where a public vigil was held in his honor and where the MC is planned to be laid to rest.
