Pistons defeat the Cavs, 110-103 to remain unbeaten

The  Detroit Pistons (4-0) knocked off the Cleveland Cavaliers 110-103, on Breast Cancer Awareness Night at Little Caesars Arena.

The Pistons 4-0 record, matches their best start since the 2008-09 season.

Andre Drummond recorded his 22nd game with 20-plus points/rebounds. He finished with 26 points, and 20 rebounds.

Blake Griffin, who commanded a double-team most of the night hit 26 points, 10 rebounds - earning his third-straight double double.

Pistons will host the Celtics this Saturday, 7pm at LCA.
