Detroit Braces For 2-Day Sub Zero Weather Forecast

"Sun is down, freezing cold. That's how we already know, winter's here". Drake's open bars on Travis Scott's platinum single "Sicko Mode", is Michigan residents cold reality as sub-zero temperature blow in this week.

Multi-day severe weather alerts were issued for Metro Detroit, first for the snow, followed by dangerously cold conditions. Up to 6-inches of snow fell for 6 hours in the metro Detroit area, closing schools and making the afternoon commute more than difficult to travel during the day.

According to the national Weather Service, Monday night temperatures will fall to 18 degrees overnight, then rise to only a high of 15 degrees for Tuesday morning. Temps will then continue to drop to to -5 Tuesday night, then -15 Wednesday night. BURR!!  Thursday's forecast should began to warm up with temperatures reaching up to 40 degrees.
