Grand Jury to Decide if Jussie Smollett Filed a False Police Report

A Chicago Grand Jury will soon hear testimonies to see if 'Empire' star Jussie Smollett filed false police reports for an alleged hate crime.

With every new twist and turn to the alleged hate crime attack against actor/singer Jussie Smollett almost seems like a scene from the television series "Empire". Smollett filed a report to Chicago police alleging he was attacked by two men while walking to his apartment late night.

Fans, and celebrities posted to social media to support the actors claims, while also denouncing hate crimes and racial discrimination.

After a continued investigation, police tracked down the alleged attackers at a Chicago airport and has recently taken them into custody. According to TMZ, police had 3 warrant's for each of the 2 men, one was to seize their cell phones.

The allege attackers are actually brothers, Abel and Ola Osundairo. After questioning the brothers, police believe that Smollett is lying and planned the alleged attack. Here's why.
