Looks like Blac Chyna is headed to landlord-tenant court.
TMZ reports Blac Chyna is being sued for bailing on her lease 5 months early , and hasn't payed a dime since she dipped.
Chyna rented a home in Studio City, CA and had been living there since April 2017. The property landlord says Chyna's lease is contracted through March 2019, but she moved back in November 2018 without paying a dime.
According to the suit, Chyna owed $55,546 for about 5 months of rent. The landlord subtracted her $25k deposit, but tacked on $18k in damages. Landlord claims Chyna removed "fixtures and equipment" from the home
All together, Chyna owes $48,546, not to mention the landlord is suing her for that amount plus interest and attorney's fees.
