Michigan Boater Arrested After 'Water Rage' Incident Caught On Tape

Detroit Teeters On Edge Of Bankruptcy

Not sure what happened to ticked this boater off, but he DEFINITELY displayed his 'water rage' over the weekend.

Macomb County Sherriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Kennedy of New Baltimore shortly after ramming another boat on Lake St Clair this past Saturday. The 39-year-old man was arraigned Monday on charges of operating while intoxicated and malicious destruction of property. He was given a $5,000 (10%) bond out of the 42-2 Court and is scheduled to be back in court on July 15.

The anonymous couple were not injured in the incident, but there was damage to the vessel.
