"We are deeply disappointed to announce that Mo Pop 2020 will not be taking place, due to the ongoing uncertainty around the COVID-19 pandemic. For seven straight years we’ve come together for a festival of joy and good times, to celebrate great music and a taste of the amazing character of this city. Not being able to bring it to you for year eight breaks our hearts, but it is the right thing to do. While we remain in this time of uncertainty, we are taking the health and safety of our fans, staff, community, performers, their crew, and vendors seriously. Though it may seem early to make this difficult decision, this will allow us to get money back into your hands and turn our focus to 2021.
We encourage everyone to listen to health officials in this time and do your part to bring this situation to an end. This city is resilient. We’ve shown this time and time again. Lift each other up. Show compassion. We’ll pull through this. We can’t wait to be together soon.
Emails will be sent to all Mo Pop 2020 ticket purchasers outlining our refund policy on Monday, 5/18/20. The period during which purchasers may choose to either select a refund or transfer their passes to Mo Pop 2021 closes on 6/16/2020 at 11:59pm EST. If you do not receive an email and would like to transfer your order or get a refund, please contactsupport@festivalticketing.com. If you do not actively choose one of these options by 6/16/2020 at 11:59pm EST we will automatically transfer your passes to Mo Pop 2021.
