Soulja Boy says he no longer has any issues with Drake after he spoke to him about an alleged diss from an unreleased song.

Fans were up in arms last week after Kai Cenat previewed Drake and Lil Yacty's collaboration "S.O.D (Super Soak)" on his stream. Fans were convinced The Boy sneak-dissed SB by mentioning his 2007 song "Super Soak" and his label Stand On Deck in the chorus. TMZ caught up with the SODMG founder on Monday, July 29, and asked if he planned to issue an official response on wax after he reacted to the record on Instagram Live.

"I got to the bottom of that man," Soulja Boy said. "I hollered at Drake and them. It wasn't no diss. And that song — that was a snippet. That wasn't even supposed to come out."

The timing of the song's arrival probably made SB and fans alike jump to conclusions. "S.O.D (Super Soak)" was previewed a day after Soulja Boy expressed his thoughts about Drake following the Toronto native's battle with Kendrick Lamar. SB said he was "disappointed" and called out the artists he previously worked with who didn't support him.

"You disappointed me @Drake," he posted on X. "Doing all them weak ass songs with them n***az look where It got u none of them n***az you collab with or took on tour had yo back @Drake."

It looks like Soulja Boy and Drake are back on good terms — for now.
