According to TMZ Law enforcement sources say that the SUV was sideswiped from the right rear by a Toyota. This caused the SUV to spin and flip over. Though there were open containers of alcohol at the accident site, no drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident. Cops continue investigating as the story is developing.
