Update: 9 Dead 16 Injured after van hits pedestrians in Toronto!
According to Channel 4 - WDIV & other media sources, Toronto police are saying eight to ten pedestrians have been struck by a van. Still waiting for a report on the injuries but, police have located the driver and there in custody. Keep checking back as this story is still developing!
