In the last 5 months I’ve busted my assets to change my bad habits to good. I eat healthy thanks to Weightwatchers & coach Amanda at WW 🍽. I’ve lost 50 lbs with 50 or less to go ima stay on task.
I’ve been hitting the gym like crazy. Working out in beast mode toning and reshaping my body with my trainer Caity Mary 💪🏾.
Now, it’s depressing to feel like I have to slow down because of an injury and the possibility of surgery. I go back in two weeks from now hoping for better report.
I’m going to take a few days off starting Sunday for some spiritual healing. I will live to fight another day.
