In 2018 I went to the doctor and he said I need to lose weight before I have some serious health problems or a heart attack. He suggested that I get on WW formerly Weight Watchers. I went and signed up and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. The program is easy to follow and has helped me drop over 45 pounds.
