21 Savage's arrest by ICE has become a political challenge. Sources say his felony conviction back in 2014 for drug dealing puts him staying in the States in jeopardy. And, there's rumors that came out on Tuesday that lyrics from a song he did upset ICE and this could have something with them going after him so hard.
It's gotten so deep that congressman Henry C. "Hank" Johnson composed a letter to the judge presiding over 21 Savage's case. In the letter he is asking him to have mercy on 21 Savage, citing all he does for his community and his philanthropy.
"I know She'yaa organizes and is involved in many other chartiable groups and events. He spends his time giving back to our community and has been living a life paying it forward," Henry C."Hank" Johnson wrote in his letter.
