According to WDIV Troy Police have arrested a 14-year-old and 13-year-old boys and charged them with larceny from a vehicle. This all happened after a homeowner spotted the two boys stealing from a truck on the 2000 block of Kirkton Street. The homeowner was watching his vehicle when the two suspects crossed the street and broke into his vehicle. He chased the suspects and lost sight of them but, Troy Police Canine “Eli” was brought in and found the suspects hiding. For more information on this story go to WDIV!
