Jussie Smollett has been officially charged with a felony for filing a false police report. His lawyer met with counsel prior to the grand jury hearing. It’s unclear on what was discussed at this time or is Jussie was there. According to Fox 2 Detroit the charge of felony disorder conduct could land Smollett in jail for 1 to 3 years. He also could have to reimburse the city for the cost of the investigation.
