Just in that actor/singer Jussie Smollett will NOT be prosecuted for allegedly faking a racial attack. He was facing 16 felony counts of lying to police in the alleged racial and homophobic attack. He has surrender his $10,000 bond and the case is over. Now according to TMZ the State's Attorney, Kim Foxx, told Chicago PD she was dropping the case because Smollett probably would have only gotten community service if convicted and he has already been doing that on his own so there's no need to proceed.
Update: Jussie Smollett's surrendered his $10K bond and when asked where does that money go his lawyer didn't have an answer. They refused to give any real answers about the Chicago PD.
