Though all 16 charges have been dropped in the Jussie Smollett case, the cast & crew are split on if they want him back. He still faces federal charges on the letters sent to him. There is a HUGE concern that the whole situation that's following Smollett is toxic and will hurt the show. The brothers involved in the case are now not talking. Only time will tell if his career will be salvaged after this scandal. The mayor and Chicago PD are still very upset on the outcome from the States lawyer decision.
