It is reported from TMZ that Nipsey Hussle murder’s attorney Christopher Darden, calls it quits on defending the alleged shooter. Darden filed to withdraw as Eric Holder’s defense attorney because of the amount of death threats him and his family have been receiving. He says, "I cannot understand why in 2019 some people would deny a black man his 6th Amendment right to counsel of his choice. Or why defending such a man should invite threats not only against me but against my children too."
If you haven’t recognize the name yet, Christopher Darden is known for prosecuting O.J. Simpson in 1995. After going through something so similar with death threats to his family, Chris will appear in his last scheduled hearing on Friday in L.A. Superior Court. Darden might have more to reveal in the future about why he bailed on Holder’s defense and made it clear to his haters that he won’t forget!
