Sources tells TMZ, that Wendy Williams’ soon to be ex husband Kevin Hunter and their son, Kevin Jr., got into a fight early this morning(Wednesday) and the police were called to the scene.
The incident happened at a store parking lot nearby Wendy Williams’ home in New Jersey. Its reported that Wendy took 18-year-old Kevin Jr. to the house, where he was picking something up. Wendy left but was coming back to pick him up a short time later. Kevin Jr. didn't realized that his dad was in the house and was told that they both were cool before heading to the store. According to the sources of TMZ, “they got into an argument over Kevin's demand for spousal support.” Kevin Sr. believes and claimed Wendy Williams was “brainwashing” their son against him. Then it turn into a physical fight when Kevin Sr. allegedly put his son in a headlock, but Kevin Jr. punched his dad in the nose to break the hold.
Wendy Williams has not made a statement, however Kevin Hunter Sr. tells TMZ, "I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear."
