According to the incident report that was obtained by TMZ, when Oakland county deputies arrived, Obie was holding a pistol & he was quickly ordered to get on the ground. He was then taken into custody. Now according to the report, Obie had allegedly been drinking all day long and then got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend. During the altercation her son jumped in to defend his mother, and that's when Obie went for his gun. They struggled and then gun went off hitting the son in the groin. The 18 year old suffered a fractured pelvis do to being shot. Obie is currently still in jail.
