TMZ has learned that police have listed Megan Thee Stallion as a "victim" in the incident involving Torey Lanez. Megan was taken to a hospital after Tory was arrested, and treated for wounds to her foot. According to TMZ, police found 4 shell casings on the scene. Torey got busted after an 'alleged' argument outside a house party. Looks like an argument happened inside an SUV and then shots. The SUV speed away and when they found after getting details on it they found Torey Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion inside. Megan was taken to the hospital to be treated for cuts on her foot.
