Well, my weekend start off with the death of DMX. Covering high profile deaths can take a lot out of you mentally so when I left work I was BUSHED!
I drove from Farmington Hills to Lexington for a little night getaway because my anxiety was at a 10+. I ate and then ordered a drink from my favorite bartender (vodka + soda + lime) there and started to woosah lol
After the second drink things got random. I kept hearing someone talking with an Australian accent and talking about being in a band, The Little River Band. Not that I was being nosy but, I heard him say he was singing at his ex-wife's wedding the next day for his daughter.
The next day I went home feeling a little better. When I got out the truck I saw something moving by my pond. It was low to the ground and looked like a gator but, I knew that couldn't be. When I walked over I saw something from Jurrassic Park.
Yep, my weekend was all over the map. Then a storm rolled up on me, knocked out power, and today I'm functioning off of very little sleep.
Can't wait to see what happens this weekend!
