Chicago Police Narcotics Unit was alerted that a forest of trees (marijuana) was being transported from California to Chicago. After a traffic stop of the suspected vehicle, a Police canine alerted to the scent of narcotics, sniffed-out over 1500 pounds of marijuana. According to Police, the street value of narcotics recovered was over $10,000,000.
