Know when to chill out

A lot of times we don't know when to shut off work especially if you have some type of entertainment or media job because i know for me it's hard not to be at work even when i'm not on the radio and it's for a few reasons. I'm always listening to the radio no matter who's on and i listen a total different way then most people.I listen to critique other radio stations and other personalities,DJs,commercials etc so it's pretty hard to enjoy it the way i use to. I love what i do but i'm so deep in it i see and hear things the average person wouldn't so when it comes to turning off my job it is the hardest thing to do. But science says you probably should not be checking work emails at home.Whether it's just one more email to send or just one more message to respond to, many of us have found ourselves pouring over work emails after hours. and thats something i have to do even when i'm off work because we never know what changes are made when it comes to my job and it don't stress me out at least i don't feel stressed i just like feel like i need to be on top of things. But if you feel stressed when it comes to checking or sending emails after work maybe you shouldn't do it. Now i know i jumped around from radio to emails but it's all pretty much the same to me. but check out the video.
